Danish implementation of the DSM directive article 15 and 17

1. Introduction
This article provides an overview of the Danish implementation of article 15 and 17 of the DSM directive. In Denmark, we ended up not transposing the whole DSM directive at once. Due to an unforeseen workload at the ministry during covid-19 the transposition was split in two. The first part of the transposition consisted of article 15 and 17 together with some articles from the SatCabII directive. This happened in 2021 (on the day of the transposition deadline). Then exactly two years after the remaining parts of the DSM directive were transposed.
