Föreningen Nordiskt Immateriellt Rättsskydd (The Nordic Intellectual Property Law Association) is responsible for processing personal data.

The association is run by an editorial board.

For the purpose of publishing the journal Nordic Intellectual Property Law Review, personal data is processed in connection with author contacts and other editorial work, such as contacts with reviewers in connection with peer review.

In addition, personal data is processed in connection with bookkeeping procedures.
